After winning electrical retailer AO as a client, I was briefed with developing and executing a campaign to promote their association with Soccer Aid. This was part of AO’s wider ‘Summer of Smiles’ campaign, and needed to balance Soccer Aid’s messaging priorities with AO’s ‘Smile’ motif.

This was an extremely tight project, we didn’t have details of the talent until approximately 20 minutes ahead of shooting, and had to flex our concept accordingly. We also had less than 24 hours to shoot, edit and approve - which meant setting up a mobile edit suite near location.

The core objective was to deliver maximum value on the sponsorship for AO and to drive social media views and engagement.

Across TikTok, Twitter and Instagram our campaign content gathered over 2,000,000 organic views, double the target originally set by AO.
